Contact forms
Information submitted via a contact form including name, phone number, and email address is retained for one year for customer service purposes only. Your personal data is not shared with third parties, nor is it used for marketing purposes.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to aid in spam detection. The reCAPTCHA API works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending this data to Google for analysis. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalised advertising by Google.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data
Names and email addresses that are submitted on a sign-in sheet at one of our events are retained indefinitely. If you would like us to delete your personal information please email us here.
Other contact form entries are kept for one year.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
